My Story
My name is Bryttani, and I am passionate about sovereign birth as a catalyst for powerful women who know their worth and their wisdom; thriving families that honor each generation as we are all learning together; and integrated communities that are woven together through communal gatherings, meaningful conversations, and support through the hard times.
It is my mission to support you to cultivate an orientation of trust for the wisdom that is present in your intuition so that you can be a rooted power source for yourself and your family. I currently work with women (and couples) through Birth Debriefings and Sovereign Childbirth Education.
My journey to Sovereign Birth began during my first pregnancy when the notion of Freebirth was presented to me. At the time, I set the idea aside and continued forward with my midwife-attended homebirth plans. Over time, I began to unravel the details of my story (with only myself to confide in), and came to realize the deep dissatisfaction I had been carrying about so many layers. This untangling process led me to the realm of sovereign birth and transformed the way I saw myself in the world.
I went on to choose wild pregnancy for my second, and I freebirthed my daughter overnight in our renovated school bus while listening to the rain tap-tapping on the metal roof. That night I connected to a part of myself I had barely known until then; a clarity of self, a depth of trust that has changed me as a woman and as a mother.
Today, I work with women like you to question and consider the status quo of modern birth; to look into your own choices and previous birth experiences as a route to process what happened; to learn about your subconscious tendencies; and to develop skills of conscious integration, discernment, and radical self-trust in your journey as a mother and a woman.

She is the light of recognition and solidarity that glimmers in my mind in the darker moments of life. She is the hand that lifts you up and the shoulder that can bear the weight from yours while maintaining the unwavering certainty that you are strong enough to carry it again when you are ready.
